写真の扱いについて
こちらで掲載させて頂いているものは、モデルさん、撮影主宰の方などの承認を得て撮影・掲載させて頂いたもので、過去SNSで掲載したものを中心としてアップしていく予定です。
SNSでも意図的に発言はしていませんし、発信する写真自体にウォーターマークをつけてませんが、モデルさん本人、直接的な関係者の方を除いての、第三者による写真の二次利用をお断りします。
特にですが、あたかも自分が撮影したかのようにSNSで利用したり、商業写真への利用(商用サイトで、そのモデルさんが所属しているかのような呼び込み用での宣材利用)はダメです、常識をもって閲覧に留めておいてください。
勿論、自分の写真がそのような二次利用されるような立派な写真ではないことは十分承知ですが、モデルさん・被写体の保護を大前提にお願いします。
The photos posted here have been taken and posted with the permission of the models and the person in charge of the shoot, and we plan to mainly upload photos that have been posted on social media in the past.
I don’t intentionally make any statements about this on social media, and I don’t put watermarks on the photos I post, but I do not allow secondary use of the photos by third parties other than the models themselves and those directly involved.
In particular, it is not allowed to use the photos on social media as if you had taken them yourself, or for commercial use (using them on commercial sites as promotional materials to attract attention to the model’s affiliation), so please use common sense when viewing them.
Of course, I am fully aware that my photos are not of a high enough quality to be used in such a secondary manner, but I ask that you please keep in mind the protection of the models and subjects.
Exifにてメタデータ(カメラやレンズ、設定、copyright含む)の埋込ができますが、一般的なソフトでExifを削除・編集も出来ますしX(旧Twitter)へのアップ分と合わせる点で予め削除しています。
ただ現在では同じ写真かの判定などもできますし、こちらRAWデータはすべて保存しているので、お気を付けください。
Metadata (including camera, lens, settings, and copyright) can be embedded in Exif, but Exif can also be deleted or edited using common software, and I delete it in advance to match the photos uploaded to X (formerly Twitter).
However, please be aware that it is now possible to determine whether the photos are the same, and all RAW data is saved here.
近年AIへの写真データ取込による学習から、新たな画像データを生成する技術が進んでいますが、そのAI学習のために本環境に掲載の写真の利用・取込はしないでください、固くお断りします。
モデルさん、撮影主宰の方などからそのような形での許可を得ておりません、また作者である私としてまず許可をしておりません。
なおAI環境がローカルでパブリッククラウド上のサービスではないから、というのは許可理由になりません、もし利用事実がある場合は即刻削除してください。
In recent years, technology has advanced to generate new image data by learning from the input of photo data into AI, but I strictly prohibit the use or import of photos posted on this environment for the purpose of AI training.
I have not obtained permission to do so from the models or the photographers, nor have I given permission as the creator in the first place.
Please note that the fact that the AI environment is local and not a service on a public cloud does not constitute a reason for permission, so if you have actually used the photos, please delete them immediately.
